Our thoughts shape our lives. A meditation practice gives us the space between thought and action so that we can learn how to free ourselves from repetitive and unhelpful, unconscious patterns of behaviour. We begin to realise that we are able to choose how we connect to ourselves and respond to others. Meditation teaches us that we can be the master of our minds, not the slave.
